Qi Gong
Qi Gong are traditional Chinese exercises. Energy, called qi or chi, flows through your body. If the flow of chi is blocked or unbalanced at any point a person may become ill. Qi Gong increases a person's energy and improves health through gentle, graceful, repeated movements. Nature, including the human body, consists of opposing forces called yin and yang. Good health results when these forces are in balance. Qi Gong movements attempt to help restore the body's balance of yin and yang.

Tai Chi
T'ai Chi Ch'uan (commonly referred to as simply Tai Chi) is usually translated from Chinese as "supreme ultimate fist." Tai Chi is an ancient martial art that emphasizes and develops internal, rather than external, power. Tai Chi is a form of Qi Gong based on a series of movements usually (but not always) done very slowly to move the body's chi. Tai Chi combines meditation and movement to improve and maintain health. Different styles of Qi Gong and Tai Chi have developed over the centuries.

Tai Chi Sword
Tai Chi Sword is a series of movements based on sword combat techniques. Like other Tai Chi movements, the emphasis is not on combat, however, but on developing one's internal power, coordination, and balance. The swords used in this practice are usually made of wood or of light, flexible metal.

Push Hands
Push Hands is a sparring technique, the application of Tai Chi movements and principles to self defense. The emphasis is still on internal, rather than external, power. In Push Hands one learns to develop sensitivity to the movement of one's opponent and turn their power against them.
